ATF’s official forms index lists a July 10, 2026 revision date for Application for Federal Firearms License — Form 7/7CR. The form is used for FFL applications across license types, including Type 03 collector applications.
What to do
If you keep blank application packets, onboarding guides, or saved PDF copies, compare them against the current official form before use. Responsible-person and fingerprint/photo requirements should also be checked against current ATF instructions and any later rulemaking.
