Make compliance training a business system—not a shared password.
Dealer Team memberships are designed for FFLs with employees who need individual access to training, resources, the member community, and other included tools. Each authorized employee receives a separate account while the organization owner retains a team-level view of membership and training activity.
What Dealer Team is built to solve
- Individual employee logins instead of one shared credential.
- Organization-level visibility into course completion and certificates.
- Shared access to the FFL Connect AI assistant and advanced member resources.
- Consistent access to the same maintained resource library and regulatory updates.
- A cleaner onboarding path for new employees and a documented training history for existing staff.
- The ability to remove a team member without deleting the business owner’s account or other employee accounts.
A private line to FFL Connect
Dealer Team is the only plan that includes the Direct Compliance Line. Authorized team members may submit private compliance questions through the organization’s shared monthly allowance. The organization owner can review questions submitted under that allowance. Responses are educational compliance information, not legal advice or an official agency determination.
Training records are evidence of training—not a compliance guarantee
A course completion can help a business document that a user completed assigned FFL Connect training. It does not prove that every transaction was handled correctly, replace shop supervision, create an ATF certification, or eliminate the need for business-specific procedures.
