The Member Community is where paid members can talk with other FFLs about day-to-day operations, inspections, software, vendors, training, recordkeeping, industry developments, and the practical questions that arise from running a licensed business.
Community content is peer discussion. It is intentionally kept separate from FFL Connect regulatory updates, curated resources, and AI knowledge sources so another member’s opinion cannot be mistaken for verified platform guidance.
Protect customer information: never post unredacted Forms 4473, Social Security numbers, full identification numbers, payment information, unnecessary NICS information, or other sensitive personal information. The Community is also not a firearm or regulated-goods marketplace.
