Dealer Team members can send a private compliance question directly to FFL Connect. This feature is available only with the highest-tier Dealer Team membership and uses the organization’s shared monthly allowance.
Describe the issue without unnecessary purchaser information. Do not upload or paste Social Security numbers, driver-license numbers, payment-card information, NICS transaction details, or unredacted Forms 4473.
