FFL Connect aims to make the website and member platform usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including users who rely on assistive technologies.

The site is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, readable contrast, responsive layouts, form labels, and WordPress content that can be maintained without replacing the underlying application. Accessibility is an ongoing process, especially when third-party membership, payment, analytics, or embedded services are added.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the Contact page and identify the page, feature, or document involved and the format or assistance that would be useful. FFL Connect will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or address the barrier.

Third-Party Content

Some linked government documents, vendor websites, payment interfaces, or embedded third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. FFL Connect cannot directly modify those external systems, but accessibility concerns can still be reported so an alternative path can be considered where feasible.
