Subscription & Cancellation Terms

These terms supplement the FFL Connect Terms of Use and govern recurring paid memberships. The Membership page and checkout screen show the plan, price, billing frequency, and material features offered at the time you subscribe.
1. Recurring Billing
When you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the stated membership fee and applicable taxes at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel or the subscription otherwise ends. Monthly plans generally renew monthly; annual plans generally renew annually.
2. Membership Features
Plan features may include access to compliance resources, training, certificates, AI features, team seats, directories, community features, or other benefits. Current feature descriptions are shown on the Membership page. Technical or product improvements may change how a feature is delivered without changing its basic purpose.
3. Dealer Team Seats
Dealer Team memberships include the number of employee seats shown on the Membership page. Seats are for current authorized personnel of the subscribing organization and may not be resold or used to provide access to unrelated businesses. Additional seats may require a plan change or separate charge if offered.
Dealer Team Direct Compliance Line
Only Dealer Team includes the Direct Compliance Line. Its questions are shared across the organization and reset each monthly membership period; unused questions do not accumulate or carry forward. The current included allowance is displayed on the Membership page and may be changed prospectively with any notice required by law.
4. Founding Memberships
If FFL Connect offers a “Founding” price described as locked in while continuously subscribed, the promotional price applies only while that specific qualifying subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. Cancellation, termination, charge failure beyond any applicable recovery period, switching away from the qualifying plan, or other interruption may end eligibility for the legacy price. Taxes, separately purchased services, and entirely new optional products are not part of a legacy-price commitment unless expressly stated.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership through the account or billing-management interface made available for your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless law or the checkout terms require otherwise, access ordinarily remains available through the end of the period already paid for.
FFL Connect does not require a telephone call merely to cancel an ordinary self-service subscription. If a technical problem prevents cancellation, contact FFL Connect promptly through the Contact page so the issue can be documented and corrected.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law, expressly promised at checkout, or necessary to correct a duplicate or erroneous charge caused by FFL Connect, membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next billing period. FFL Connect may provide a discretionary refund or credit without creating an obligation to do so in other cases.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the payment processor or membership system may retry the payment and FFL Connect may limit paid access until the account is brought current. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for a recurring subscription.
8. Price or Plan Changes
FFL Connect may change generally available plan pricing or features prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive any notice required by law before a price increase takes effect for a future renewal. A separately stated founding-price commitment is governed by the Founding Membership section above.
9. Charge Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact FFL Connect promptly so the transaction can be investigated. This does not waive any right you may have with your card issuer or under applicable law.
10. Ending a Subscription for Cause
FFL Connect may terminate or suspend a paid membership for nonpayment, fraud, material violations of the Terms of Use, unlawful activity, or serious abuse of the Services. Refund rights, if any, depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Contact
For a billing or cancellation problem that cannot be resolved through the account interface, use the Contact page and include the email address associated with the subscription. Do not send full payment-card numbers.
