Dealer Team memberships are built for businesses that want authorized employees to use the training, resources, community, and other included member features under one organization. Each employee should use an individual account. The organization owner can review team membership and training completion.
Dealer Team is also the only membership with the private Direct Compliance Line. Authorized team members can send compliance questions directly to FFL Connect using the organization’s shared monthly allowance, and the team owner can review the organization’s question history.
Removing an employee seat ends inherited team access but does not automatically erase the former user’s independent account or records that must be retained for legitimate platform purposes.
